STGCC 2014

Almost overdue by 1 month but what the heck, better late than never.

It was held at Marina Bay Sands on the 6-7 September. You can find the guest line-up and a short description of STGCC here. The turnout was very good but I couldn't figure out what was the theme this year (Iron Man last year). It was kind of a mixed bag. As usual, lots of toys on display as well as cosplays. Not forgetting the indie art scene which was present as well.

Stage Events
As usual, invited guests are interviewed on the main stage or to even showcase their stuff.

Panel interviews

Dmyo sensei showcasing her drawings while DJ INU jams away with his music mixes. The drawings were given out to some of the lucky audiences.

A local group with lightsabers were also invited to perform on stage.

One of the most looked forward stage event is the DJ Night. This time we have DJ INU, Sasakure.UK and D.Watt from IOSYS. Also joining them was VJ Katsumaki.

Another large stage event is the cosplay runway where cosplayers at the event were invited to show off their cosplay on stage. This time they invited about 50 cosplayers. Just to show a few:

Off Stage
